Overview
Taste of Lagos needed to take orders without paying a cut to third-party apps, keep its menu in sync with the register, and run events and rewards from one system. The build brings all three into a single site.

Design
A menu that sells
Six category tabs sit above a grid of dish photos, each with its price. Customers find the dish and order it without phoning the kitchen.
One look on every page
The dark theme carries through the whole site, including the rewards tiers and redemption catalog shown here, so it all feels like one place.
Build
Events that sell their own tickets
Events run as ticketed listings with paid registration handled on the site. No third-party ticketing, no extra fees.
Everything in one build
The shop runs on the same Next.js 15 App Router build as the rest of the site, with TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma, hosted on Railway. The menu syncs from the Clover register every minute, so the site never sells a dish the kitchen dropped.
Results
Taste of Lagos runs live at tolag.net. The build includes a staff live-orders board.
